Russethue Litter #2 born on Saturday 14th April.
10 healthy pups- 5 female and 5 male!
When the pups are born, they have a darker coat and nose, and it is hard to tell yet the final colour of their coat. The only permanent markings at the moment is the white on their chest and their ridges (which are all perfect!). So as you see in these photos, they may currently look a bit like rats, but if you view the pictures from our last litter at 6 weeks, then you should have a fair idea of what they will turn out like!

Playful puppies
At 6 weeks old, the puppies are definately developing their own unique personalities. Altogether, they can be playful and boisterous at times, yet cute, snuggly, affectionate and loyal. Here are another round of individual photos to see their progress and growth.

The puppies are now 3 1/2 weeks old, trying out their new barks, beginning to explore the garden and (as with all Ridgies), loving cuddles and some roughhousing. They are enjoying their puppy porridge and still love to feed from mum. Each little personality is coming to the fore - our fat, brave "oompa loompa" through to our dainty, cuddly "princess". Individual photos coming soon for those who wish to choose a puppy long distance.
